How can we make any money with MLM when so many people say that it’s dead, are they right? Read this now if you have any plans to join an MLM company in the near future.

Many people join mlm, but why? Sometimes people think badly of MLM, probably due to the stories you sometimes hear of folks getting ripped off in pyramid schemes and such like, there are also some pretty bad sponsors out there who sign folks up and never actually contact them again, it’s not difficult for these type of things to leave a bad taste in many people’s mouths. People often get sceptical anytime you mention Multi Level Marketing to them.

Briefly lets have a look at some numbers Most of the world’s population will work for someone else throughout their life, usually for around 45 years, in the UK where I am, the annual wage per anum per person averages around £23,800 which equates to around $36K in the US. Of course there are many people who earn more than this but I am just comparing averages here. Mostly you will be working 35 – 40 hours a week, maybe more in order to keep getting this money from your employer.

Lets have a brief glance at the potential of a network Marketing business. By marketing products and building a team of other people to do the same you are able to create an income for yourself. The network marketing deal I am a member of provides products that really empower people’s lives, so it’s a great product to sell and people love it. In this business I receive $45 per month for every new customer that I bring in. I could easily beat the average wage by finding 100 new customers to buy my product (not that difficult at all) at that point I would be earning $4,500 each month.

Naturally I am not going to be content with that I would try for 200, 300 and more sales during the course of a year. Lets think then if I had 100 people on my frontline team and every time they made a sale I earned $15; let’s say they each only made just one sale, I have then earned an extra $1500 every month. I will also earn 3% of everything that their team sells and this will continue down seven levels, the width of my first level is unlimited. Now assume that you had a product that transforms people’s lives and that the company wide retention rate is 93%.

This is a system with some great potential don’t you think?

You also need to remember the systems that are available to us on the internet and the leverage that it offers us. Massive residual income can be built, we have access to literally millions of potential leads and customers online. The potential really is very exciting.

Now I don’t know of any other business model which has the power to build a residual income like this. MLM is not some kind of get rich quick scheme so I have been very conservative in my comparison figures. Massive incomes can be developed but its a long term game plan. There are however folks that earn well over $10K a week in this business. My mentor earned $28,000 in 2 weeks! (whilst surfing the waves in the ocean outside his beach home in Costa Rica!) I know he won’t mind me saying this but he started his internet MLM business 9 months ago with a budget of $250.
